Any place that is a repository for transitory people is bound to attract some wayward souls looking to free themselves of their corporeal body. It seems the more fancy the hotel, the more ghosts it plays host to. Chicago’s ornate Congress Plaza Hotel is said to be one of the most haunted in the country. It’s cursed guestbook features killer clowns, a staggering number of tragic deaths, and one of the most notorious serial killers in American history.
